Terms and Conditions

Placing a booking (in advance or walk-in) at Munchies Craft requires you to read and accept the terms and conditions detailed here and the acceptance of the house rules available on our website and in the venue. Should you breach the rules or fail to comply with any of these terms we reserve the right to cancel your booking and/or ask you to leave the venue.

Bookings and Cancellations

General Visits (Sessions up to 60 minutes):

• Your booking is for the length of time specified at the time specified on your booking confirmation.
• You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled visit for a full refund of Welfare Fee and Pre-ordered food and Drink.

• If you cancel within 48 hours but more than 24 hours the welfare fee is non-refundable however food and drink pre-orders may be transferred to a future booking within 30 days of the original booking date.

Event Bookings (Sessions longer 60 minutes):
1–3 Guests:
   • 72+ hours: Full refund
   • Less than 72 hours: Cannot be refunded or rescheduled
   • No-shows: Non-refundable
Same-day bookings are non-refundable unless cancelled within 1 hour of booking.

4+ Guests (Group Bookings): 
Group bookings significantly affect capacity, staffing, and cat welfare, so full refunds are not available.By booking, you agree to these terms.

• 72+ hours: 20% refund
• Less than 72 hours: Cannot be refunded or rescheduled
• No-shows: Non-refundable

Private Sessions/Bookings: 

• Tickets for Large Group Bookings and Private Sessions are non-refundable. They can only be cancelled or rescheduled if you contact us within 24 hours of making your booking.

Gift Cards are non refundable and will expire on the date specified on the card or email confirmation.

If we find you in breach of our house rules or Terms at any time we reserve the right to cancel your booking (with our without refund depending on how far in advance per this policy) or end your visit early without refund if the breach occurs during your visit.

If you are running late, please note that we will be unable to hold your table for longer than the remaining time of the booking slot.

We ask you to contact us BEFORE you purchase your ticket if you have any accessibility issues or special requirements.

We can not guarantee changes on your table chose after purchase as we operate a pre-booking system and there may not be any other availability.

Important

Illness, travel disruptions, personal emergencies, or any other circumstances do not override this policy.
As a small venue with limited capacity and live animals in the space, we organise staffing, scheduling, and animal welfare ratios based on confirmed bookings.

For this reason, no exceptions or refunds can be made outside the cancellation terms above. Requests submitted outside these terms may not receive a res

Prices

• All Prices are as detailed on the website and on menus within the venue. Prices may change from time to time but confirmed and paid bookings and Pre-orders remain valid.
• All Prices include VAT where applicable.

Food, Drink and Allergies

• Please notify us of any specific allergies or food intolerances in your party, both at the time of booking and to a member of our team when you arrive.
• Challenge 25 – Please be prepared to show proof of age when buying alcohol

Cats

• You accept that you are choosing to enter a venue containing live animals. Every care is taken to ensure a safe environment and that the animals will not cause harm there is always the possibility that scratches or bites may occur.
• Should this happen you should seek immediate assistance from a member of staff who will provide first aid if required.

• If you feel further medical assistance is required our team will help where possible but you should seek advice from the NHS who can be contacted by dialing 111.

• You accept that the animals may cause damage to any items of clothing or accessories such as bags that you bring into the venue. This could be through scratching, biting, urinating or other methods.

• If you have an allergy to Cats please seek medical advice before booking and your visit to our venue is at your own risk.

• We can not guarantee that the cats will be awake and active during your visit. This is their home and if the cats are not active please respect their rest time.

• We have two rooms, one is on ground floor and the other one is downstairs. Cats are free in between the rooms, it means that we can not guarantee that all the cats will be locating/available to be seen on certain location at a time.

Children and Pregnancies

• Children must be 8+
• No more than 2 children per party if they are between 8-13 years old.
• The Parent/Guardian(s) are anyone with responsibility for the Child or Children entering the venue.
• Any breach of the terms and conditions or house rules by a child shall be considered an act of negligence by the Parent/Guardian of the Child.

• It is generally advised that Pregnant Customers do not visit animal venues however should you wish to visit during pregnancy please seek advice from a relevant medical practitioner, and you enter at their own risk.

Liability

• You accept that We cannot be held liable for injury or damage incurred whilst on our premises or caused by the animals on Our premises and in any case Our liability is limited the the total amount of the bill for your table on the day it occurs.

Accessibility

• Due to the nature of the Venue Wheelchair Access is limited, please call or email us in advance if you have access requirements so we can advise on suitability.

Lost Property

• All property brought onto and/or left on premises is done so at the owner’s risk.
• We accept no responsibility for any loss of or damage to property.
